Billionaires’ Row has a pricey new rental, and it appears to be courtesy of a Greek shipping family.

The 4,483-square-foot pad hit the market at 157 West 57th Street Wednesday with an asking rent of $120,000 a month, making it the third most expensive non-hotel rental available in the city.

The owner, an entity with links to the Hajioannou Greek shipping family based out of Monaco, snagged the property for $30 million in 2014, records show.

The listing broker, Alexander Constantin of Heritage Realty Services, said he couldn’t identity the owner, saying only that it was a very high net worth individual. Heritage’s primary business is managing U.S. investments on behalf of the global wealthy, he said.

Records indicate that the buyer has links to Panzopis, an investment firm managed by members of the Hajioannou family. Members of the family include Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the founder of airline carrier easyJet, and his brother Polys, who runs a shipping-tanker business.

“It was an investment made a few years ago,” Constantin told The Real Deal of the apartment. “It was decided that it would be nice to see some cash flow from it.”

The four-bedroom unit was completely renovated by the current owner. An interior wall near the entrance was torn down so visitors could admire the view immediately upon entry, Constantin said. The unit is also completely furnished with pieces from B&B Italia and Promemoria.

The other priciest Manhattan rentals currently on the market include the $500,000 full-floor pad at the Pierre, another unit at One57, asking $150,000 a month, and a $135,000 a month townhouse listing at 144 Duane Street, according to StreetEasy.
