Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has been selected by affiliates of Mountain Development Corp. as the exclusive leasing agent for Five Garret Mountain Plaza in Woodland Park, New Jersey.
NGKF Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of the New Jersey office David Simson, Executive Managing Director Frank Recine, Managing Director Blake Goodman and Associate Colleen Maguire will spearhead the leasing effort for the four-story, 101,880 s/f building.
Mountain Development has several renovations planned for Five Garret Mountain Plaza, including modernizations to the lobby landings, restrooms, a fitness center, conference center and café. The building is located on a 30-acre campus with landscaping, nature trails and centered around a private lake.
The three-building campus is currently home to several major firms including PNC Bankâs regional headquarters, Gannet and St. Josephâs Hospital.
Affiliates of Mountain Development Corp. maintain ownership of all three buildings on the campus which insures that campus operates optimally for its many corporate residents.
âThis is a unique opportunity,â said Recine. âFive Garret is a blank canvas for a major employer to position itself on as a sole or anchor tenant with its own identity, including prominent signage, a handpicked amenity package, at the confluence of all major highways in northern New Jersey.
âWeâre looking forward to presenting this property to the market and working with Mountain Development, with whom weâve successfully collaborated on several exciting projects in the past,â added Goodman. âOwnershipâs commitment to revamping Five Garret Mountain Plaza property with the latest amenities on top of the buildingâs convenient location is sure to make this office one of northern New Jerseyâs most desirable office buildings.â
