Li & Fung’s William Fung and 1333 Broadway in Midtown Bath accessory supplier Excell will take 30,000 square feet at Empire State Realty Trust’s 1333 Broadway near Herald Square, just over a month after a media firm with an eerily similar name, Xcel Brands, took a similar amount of space there. The company signed a seven-year sublease for the building’s eight floor with subleaser Global Brands Group. It will move from its current space at 295 Fifth Avenue around June 1, 2016. (more…)
