Yur place or mine?
Jewelry mogul David Yurman is adding to his Downtown digs.
The fashion guru and his wife and business partner Sybil Yurman dropped $9.98 million on a 4,596-square foot pad at 481 Greenwich Street in Tribeca, according to public records filed with the city Wednesday.
The unit is the third purchased by the couple at the property, a former industrial warehouse. They bought their first unit there for $6.28 million in 2004 and added another for $3.13 million in 2006, records show.
The sellers of the property were Avery Baker, the chief marketing officer for Tommy Hilfiger, and Anthony Kurz.
The penthouse pad has 15-foot-high ceilings, original columns, exposed brick walls and multiple skylights, according to an earlier listing.
Yurman, famous for his cable bracelet designs, won’t be more than a hop, skip and a jump from his newest Manhattan store, which opened just over a year ago at 112 Prince Street.
