Keep Manhattan, just give Adam Neumann that countryside.
The WeWork co-founder just picked up a massive 60-acre Linden Farm estate at 34 Boutonville Road in Pound Ridge in Westchester, the New York Post reported.
The exact amount Neumann and his wife Rebekah Paltrow Neumann plunked down is unknown, but the seller – former Simon & Schuster head Dick Snyder – was asking $22 million.
The estate, built in 1929, features an eight-bedroom, 13,700-square-foot main house, a stable, a riding ring, a pool and a tennis court. A massive 4,400-acre nature preserve sits just next door.
Ginnel Real Estate’s Dan Ginnel brokered the off-market deal.
