Tishman Speyer has acquired 434-444 11th Avenue from Mid-Town Development LP and 550 West 37th Street from 550 Associates, L.P. completing the assemblage for its second massive tower in Hudson Yards, a 1.3 million-square-foot office building with street level retail.
Financial terms of the two transactions, which both closed this month, were not disclosed.
