Serhant has designs on Brooklyn market

Ryan Serhant and The Serhant Team, of Nest Seekers International, are set to open their new Brook

Ryan Serhant and The Serhant Team, of Nest Seekers International, are set to open their new Brooklyn office today (September 7.)

Located at 326 Tompkins Avenue in Bed-Stuy, the office has been designed by Taylor Spellman and comes complete with a phone booth.

Serhant said he called on frequent collaborator Spellman, a New York based interior designer and staging expert, to give the Bed-Stuy office some Brooklyn style.

“The open space didn’t lend itself to privacy for phone calls, so we brought in the phone booth to give a sense of privacy when needed. Since The Serhant Team works so hard, the bright colors are meant to be uplifting, and the Brooklyn street signs – found in local flea markets – played up the fun vibe of the space. The finishing touch, custom graffiti art with Ryan’s mantra READY, SET, GO, rounds out the space,ˮ said a press release heralding the opening.

Serhant said, “Our Brooklyn business has exploded. We have an incredible inventory of single and multi-family homes in the area and are averaging about one house sale per day this year.

“With this office our team’s boots will be on the ground. We are seeing rapid expansion with our Brooklyn business literally multiplying before our eyes, and we plan to keep up with that momentum.”

In addition to sales in the area, The Serhant Team is offering their clients custom-home packages. This gives buyers the chance to work alongside their real estate agent and developer to purchase a property and build from the ground up, or restore a classic Brooklyn townhome to their own specifications.

Spellman’s firm, TAYLOR SPELLMAN New York, has a multi-million dollar clientele. In October, she’ll join Serhant on the Bravo network where she will co-host a new show called Yours, Mine or Ours with real estate agent, Reza Farahan.
