A new parking garages is set to open on Queens’ Northern Boulevard.
Charles Chang, a senior director at Highcap Group, arranged the please at the premises known as 87-02 to 87-20 Northern Boulevard, between 87th and 88th Streets.
The brand new 40,000 s/f free standing commercial building is located in the heart of Jackson Heights on heavily traveled Northern Boulevard and includes major tenants such as Dennyâs Restaurant, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle and Children of America Daycare plus additional offices.
Chang commented, âAfter a lengthy negotiation, we were able to secure for ownership a 20-year lease with a solid tenant who operates multiple parking operations and is very familiar with the area.â The underground parking garage consists of approximately 18,000 s/f and 92 spaces. Chang represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
