Ian K. Katz Group, an exclusive buyers agency, has extended its footprint to Westchester County with office space in Rye Brook.
The firm, which also has an office in Manhattan, is expanding to the Sound Shore in response to client feedback and opportunities that Ian Katz, the firmâs principal real estate broker, saw in the market.
âThere is renewed first and second-time homebuyer interest in the suburbs, particularly in Westchester, as prices-per-foot in New York City have returned to peak levels,â said Katz.

As an exclusive buyers agency, Ian K. Katz Group is bound by a pledge to only represent its clients when they purchase a home. Katz believes the firmâs business model, which is fairly new in New York State, could flourish in the area.
