Halstead Property announced it is expanding in Brooklyn via a merger with the luxury Park Slope boutique, Temple Morrow.
No terms for the arrangement were disclosed, however, a spokeswomen for Halstead said, “The entire Temple Morrow firm is joining Halstead and Halstead is taking over their space [at 1214 8th Avenue, Brooklyn].”

Jesse Temple and Scott Morrow founded Temple Morrow in 2011 following 25 years of combined years in the business. The firm will bring seven agents to Halstead, including  townhouse expert Robert DiBiase.

The deal expands Halstead Property’s presence in Brooklyn to seven offices. Trish Martin, managing director of sales for Halstead Brooklyn, said, âHalstead is fully committed to serving Brooklynâs many neighborhoods, which is clear from the addition of our seventh office in Brooklyn.
“Our incredible growth in market share is testament to the fact that we are providing local buyers and sellers with exactly the kind of experience and results they need and demand.â
In a statement, Temple and Morrow stated, âHalstead Property is one of the most established firms in the metropolitan area and we are thrilled to have joined such a renowned organization.â
