Related Companies launched condo sales at 15 Hudson Yards this week, introducing the first opportunity to live in thew new West Side.
Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro (DS+R) in collaboration with Rockwell Group, 15 Hudson Yards will be 900 ft. in height and contain 285 one- to four-bedroom homes overlooking the Hudson River, the new Public Square and Gardens designed by Thomas Woltz of Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects.
Apartments are priced from approximately $2 million to $30 million. Related Sales and Corcoran Sunshine are the exclusive agents.
Once complete, Hudson Yards will have100 shops and restaurants, offices, public open space, a 750-seat public school; and an Equinox-branded luxury hotel.
