Mirontschuk credited his clients, staff, and his partners for the firm’s success. “Without my clients I would never have received this award,” he said. “My clients have put their trust, faith, and dollars in my care. My staff, many of whom have been with me for decades, always go the extra mile. And my partners, who have come with me on this incredible journey over the years, never flagged in their faith and enthusiasm. We tried, we learned, and we succeeded.”

Established 40 years ago in Houston, EDI has become one of the nation’s largest active civic planning and architectural organizations. A few of the firm’s recently completed projects include the Beacon’s Orpheum and Criterion in New Jersey; the Avalon Huntington Station on Long Island; and The Vault, Beacon Harbor Point, and The Key at Yale & Towne in Stamford, Connecticut.

Also inducted into the Hall of Fame were Herbert V. Kohler, Jr, CEO of the Kohler Company in Wisconsin and James Sattler, head of the custom homes company that bears his name.
