Ryan Serhant and The Serhant Team, of Nest Seekers International, have begun sales at East Village luxury condominium, 100 Avenue A.

The luxury 32-unit condo is already 50 percent sold as a result of early marketing and is set to break records, including the highest residential price per square foot in the East Village for a non-penthouse unit. Residence 7C has gone to contract for $2,685 per foot.

One- and two-bedroom residences are available along with four Penthouse units. Prices start from $1.285 million.

The building was developed by Magnum Real Estate Group and designed by Issac & Stern Architects, P.C. Kitchens are by Effeti of Italy.

Amenities include a landscaped common roof deck, a second floor common garden, bicycle storage, residential storage, a new Blink Fitness gym and a 24-7 doorman.

Apartments have white oak herringbone floors, large windows, Miele appliance packages, Calacatta white marble countertops in the kitchens, and a washer/dryer in every apartment.

● Golden Asset, LLC Rose blooms on York Avenue

BOND New York announced the official opening of its newest exclusive rental building on the Upper East Side at 501 East 74th Street: The Rose Modern.

The project developed by Golden Asset, LLC and designed by architecture firm Stephen B. Jacobs Group, Architect, is the first new luxury residential rental development on York Avenue in decades.

The first eight floors are available for lease for April and May occupancy, with floors 9-21 coming available by May.

BOND has staged a floor of model units for consumers to view as the building completes construction. There are 81 units in total. Most units have private balconies and in-unit washer/dryers. Penthouse units have one or more private terraces.

● Gaia Real Estate Sales underway at Nine52

Gaia Real Estate has launched sales at Nine52, a luxury condominium in Hell’s Kitchen. The building offers 155 residences with architecture by SPIVAK Architects and interior design by Erik Galiana.

● Related Companies New floor plans at Carnegie Park

Carnegie Park, a luxury condominium by Related Companies, has unveiled floor plans for a new collection of three-, four- and five-bedroom combination residences available for immediate occupancy.

Named one of Manhattan’s fastest selling residential developments of 2015, Carnegie Park has now sold more than 230 units.

“The interest in Carnegie Park’s largest residences has been astounding,” said Benjamin Joseph, senior vice president of Related Companies.

“The neighborhood’s increasing value adds to the appeal with the upcoming completion of the 2nd Avenue subway and recent retail boom.”

The new residences connect two to three adjacent homes to create sprawling floor plans with double-sized living rooms.

● Charney / Ascent / Tavros LIC development debuts

The Jackson, a 56-unit luxury development at 1333 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, has launched.

The property, which pays homage to its artistic neighbor, MoMA PS1, offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes that range in price from $600,000 to $3 million. Additionally, one three-bedroom penthouse and one four-bedroom penthouse will be available for sale starting at $4 million.

Modern Spaces is exclusively marketing and selling the 11-story property, designed by Fogarty and Finger Architecture, on behalf of the developers, Charney Construction & Development, Ascent Development and Tavros Capital Partners.

the team commissioned artist Tom Fruin, known for his stained glass water tower and house in DUMBO, to create a glass-art mosaic feature wall in the building’s lobby, constructed from blackened steel and acrylic.

Sales are expected to launch in March 2016 and completion is slated for the first half of 2017. Amenities will include a social room, a play room, common rooftop with private cabanas and a resident’s gym.

The Jackson will also have a ground-floor retail component and 22 underground parking spots available for purchase.

● SP Milestone Properties Miron leasing Summit Lofts

Miron Properties is representing a new exclusive building for rent.

The Summit Lofts in the Columbia Waterfront in Carroll Gardens is a three-building development by SP Milestone Properties offering two and three bedroom lofts ranging on price from $6,500-$8,000.

Sonia Brown will be representing one building and has three units currently available for rent.

The former warehouse garage for a coffee company, the Summit Lofts is located across the street from the first Brooklyn Tesla showroom.
